Seafood Masterclass

 

 

 

Our Seafood Masterclass was a great success.  Stephen Taylor Winter cooked a Medley of Seafood in the circotherm oven, hake, langoustines, salmon and stuffed guerney all cooked in the steam oven along with seasonal vegetables.  Scallops were cooked on the induction hob along with a Thai Yellow Curry sauce and Buerre Blanc.

Mrs Bond won the Irelands Home Interiors and Living magazine and Mrs Gowdy won the Bosch Hand Blender the Quooker Hot Tap draw will take place at  the end of December.
